We give some illustrative examples of Computer Algebra
capabilities using the AXIOM system.
For more information about AXIOM please visit:

- AXIOM was designed at IBM during the 70's and 80's.

- Then AXIOM was maintained at NAG during the 90's.

- AXIOM became in the early 90's the most power
computer algebra system, especially thanks to its
      programming language.

- Today, AXIOM has retired by lack of support,
although no other Computer Algebra systems
      have such powerful programming facilities.

- However it could become a free software soon.

- Moreover, AXIOM has a son ALDOR born in
the early 90's at IBM and growing today at UWO!
