With such a name, this workshop could have been in honor of ... but in fact Michael Monagan , Mark Giesbrecht and I co-organized this MOCAA ${\rm M}^3$ workshop in London, Ontario, May 5-9, 2008. This explains the ${\rm M}^3$.
