CCECE Leadership Award:
IEEE Canada has awarded Western Computer Science faculty Professor Anwar Haque the IEEE CCECE Leadership Award 2020 for his leadership in supporting and organizing (as the Industry Relations Chair) the 33rd Annual Canadian Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering (33rd IEEE CCECE 2020), London, ON Aug 30 – Sept 2, 2020.
The CCECE is IEEE Canada’s flagship conference. The award reads: “for his strong support in the organization of IEEE CCECE 2020 as the Industry Relations Chair. Anwar added significant value to the conference by attracting major sponsorship, and through the organization of a high-profile industry panel.”
