New Chair of Computer Science

The Department of Computer Science is pleased to welcome Dr. Mike Domaratzki as our new Department Chair.
Mike was previously a faculty member in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Manitoba from 2006-2021. He served as the Acting Head and Head of the Department of Computer Science at the University of Manitoba from 2017-2021. Mike’s completed his PhD at Queen’s University and his MMath from the University of Waterloo. His research interests are in bioinformatics, computational genetics and theoretical computer science.
