We would like to congratulate Dr. Anwar Haque on being the recipient of this year’s Faculty of Science Distinguished Research Professor Award.
This prestigious award recognizes exceptional leadership and research achievements. The award will allow Dr. Haque to expand his research through a significant industry consortium partnership, enhancing Western's innovation ecosystem in cybersecurity and smart systems.
Dr. Haque joins previous winners of this award in the Department of Computer Science that include current faculty members Dr. Charles Ling (2014) and Dr. Marc Moreno Maza (2023).
