About Lucy

Lucy is a pure-bread Yellow Lab who is originally from Long Island, New York, born on April 22nd, 2012. Lucy was found in New York because our family used to live/visit there often and one year when we moved there, we purchased her at a pet store in Huntington.

The main reason we were looking for a new dog was to help our late dog, Charlie, have a friendly influence that could maybe help energize him as he was getting old. Lucy brought life into Charlie once again and she truly is an angel.

Traits

Some noticeable traits about Lucy's personality are:

Loyalty	Loyalty is a very good trait to find in a dog. Lucy knows her master, her family, where she belongs and how to behave with us around. She picked up on loyalty on one of the very first days she was introduced into the family and found instant belonging.
Gentleness	Lucy is gentle to all other animals and people, including Oliver and Toby (the cats who are also a part of the Flatley family) and receives many compliments for this trait.
Intelligence	Lucy is very good with her training, tricks, and responding to words in the English language, such as “Squirrel”, “Want to go for a walk?”, “Let’s go night-night!”, “Need to go pee-pee poo-poo?”, and so on.
